Our community is quiet and friendly with laundry services offered on site. The community covers sewer, water, and garbage services, leaving residents responsible only for electricity and any additional amenities. Small-town living at its finest. There are a few local eateries to choose from, some small shops, and over 500 miles of mountain biking or hiking trails. We have a love for the great outdoors with Willamette Pass Resort 30 minutes up the road for skiing and snowboarding, Hills Creek Reservoir a 10 minute drive with plenty of swimming, fishing and camping spots and both the North and Middle Fork of the Willamette River with access points.
