Lafayette RV Community is a charming and affordable long-term housing option located in the beautiful Willamette Valley, nestled between McMinnville and Dundee. Our 2.7-acre community is conveniently situated on Hwy 99W in mid-Lafayette, directly across from the Lafayette Antique Mall. We are approximately 35 miles from downtown Portland and 25 miles from Salem.
We currently have RV spaces available for $800 per month. Our spaces can comfortably accommodate RVs up to 25 feet in length. Contact us today to learn more about availability and lease requirements.
With a rustic setting and country feel, our community features gravel roads and secure fencing, creating a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Residents also enjoy convenient access to nearby amenities, including a coffee shop, Martha's Tacos, the Post Office, and convenience stores—all within walking distance.
We welcome pets up to 40 lbs!
We offer long-term leases only, with a 90-day minimum stay.
